From project due diligence, budgeting and controlling the design phase, through to consenting and completion of on-site construction, SouthPac Projects manages full construction project delivery.

What we do and how do we do it:
From Design direction to Budgeting, Cost control to Construction, SouthPac Projects oversees full project delivery. A concise example of a SouthPac Projects delivery model is as follows:

We work with you on your design brief, Budget and programme to the point of agreed deliverables.

Obtain all required project quotes and fees. i.e. Design consultant engagements, statutory and regulatory, construction contractors and materials suppliers.

On assessment and approval of quotes and fees, a project cost-tracker is developed to help guide financial forecasting for the duration of the project.

Complete all required project contracts, programmes and client procurement requirements in coordination with project stakeholders.

Following project kick-off meetings construction will then commence in line with project programme.

Provide regular reportingdocumenting project progress, project risks, programme updates and project spend-to-date c/o your cost-tracker.

Project completion, including As-Builts, product warranties, maintenance schedules etc. are compiled.

Final payments, defects liability conditions and insurances can then be completed.
